How long do I sign up for?

There are 2 options, you can sign up for 6 months or 12 months and you can opt to pay the full amount or on a weekly subscription. 

Can I break if I decide it is not for me?

No, but you can opt to have your delivery as a gift voucher instead, this gift voucher enables the bearer to buy Crossed Anchors beer at the Grapevine Brewhouse. You must spend the full value of the voucher as no change will be given. 

What happens if I lose my growler?

You’ll be charged for the cost of the growler £25 and the subscription will just carry on until your end date.

What happens if I forget to leave my growler out for collection?

We will drop off your growler and collect 2 growlers next week. If you lose any of the growlers we will need to charge you for them 

How do I chose the beer I want?

On your home page there is a drop down box for you to chose your beer. This also has the option for declaring you are away and would prefer vouchers. There may be occasions the notification of a change in beer may not be in time before the delivery in this situation your request will come the following week! 

Why do you need my phone number?

We will send you text the night before we deliver your growler to remind you to leave your growler out for collection. 

What happens if the beer I’ve ordered is not available?

If we run out of the beer you’ve ordered we will send you the closest alternative, while we try to ensure this never happens this may be necessary depending on demand and stock availability.
