OUR CASK BEERS
Cask ale, or real ale, is beer that has gone through a secondary fermentation in the vessel from which it is dispensed.
The carbonation occurs naturally from the fermentation process.

OUR KEG BEERS
Keg beers are filtered and force-carbonated, which makes them colder than cask ales and fizzy, and expands their lifespan.
They're gas-driven too, which is why you'll notice the beer flow steadily from a tap on the bar, rather than pulled through the line, as with cask ale.
OUR BOTTLED BEERS
All our bottled beers are brewed and bottled on site at our Brewery in Exeter,
and are produced in small batches to expertly control the quality of the beer.
These are available in our Brew pubs or Local Farm shops
