Nestled in the heart of Topsham, handcrafted beers are at the heart of what we do. OFS offers both a stellar core range of crowd-favourites as well as some gloriously weird and wonderful small-batch beers all courtesy of Crossed Anchors Brewery.
The Old Firestation also works closely with local cider, wine and spirit suppliers to curate an extensive offering for the less beer-inclined among us. With a range of “No & Lows” available as well as soft drinks, no matter the occasion, we’ve got you covered.

Our Story
Established in November 2023, The Old Firestation joined the largely indie high street in Topsham with the goal of becoming more than just another bar.
We regularly work with our peers to support local initiatives, town events, charity and sponsorship opportunities as well as tirelessly nurturing our little corner of the high street.
We take immense pride in being a local, family-owned brewery that values inclusion, community, creativity, and culture in every aspect of our operation. Our commitment to these principles shines through in every visit to our Taproom.

Welcome to Stubby’s Smokehouse, now proudly serving from their permanent home at The Old Firestation, Topsham.
Founded by a love of all things BBQ and fire, with over 20 years in hospitality and a family steeped in catering tradition, Stubby’s brings authentic low and slow barbecue to the heart of Topsham.
Everything is cooked the old-fashioned way – low and slow, with patience, passion, and just the right amount of smoke. From melt-in-your-mouth brisket and tender pulled pork to stacked smash burgers, loaded fries, smokehouse rolls and creative vegetarian options, every dish is made from scratch to deliver big, bold flavour.
